Customer Service Specialist (Orlando, FL)
The Customer Service Specialist will direct all customer service operations for the Company to improve both the customer and consumer experience; oversee collaboration between the departments to solve customer complaints.
The Customer Service Specialist will develop and implement methods to record, assess, and analyze customer and consumer feedback; will review and direct the guest/host complaints to its related department; will create customer satisfaction data to increase it; oversee the daily workflow of the Company; provide constructive and timely performance evaluations; will be in charge of assigning required training and assisting new hires in settling into their new positions.
24 months of experience in customer relations is required.
