Daily cleaning is mandatory. The amount charged covers up to 8 days' stay. Excess days must be paid for via Resolution Center. 
Upon arrival there is a deposit of aproximately 5000 pesos or 250 dollars to be paid directly to the front desk and its returned upon check out

The location is ideal and the main attraction is the proximity to the shopping center La Isla, there is a special door 20 meters from the tower to cross to the mall, you can easily take strollers and children without the need to take a car. At night it is very practical, Harrys restaurant is practically in front of the apartment and the SHU is 50 meters away.

The complex is designed for families, it has all the amenities for children and adults, clubhouse with fully equipped gym, Spa with 7 massage cabins and shower, steam, sauna, outdoor playground, toy library, games room with billiards and ping pong, 2 pools, garden and beach club, as well as courts for all sports.
