**POOL HEATING* There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. This house features only a Pool, the SPA feature is not available for this unit.

**PARKING AND GUEST ACCESS* The guest will have the entire house for themselves. This house has a drive way that can accommodate 3/4 cars and overflow parking on the street

*** BBQ GRILL*** Small charcoal grill provided free of charge. If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ( Extra cost) *** The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

***PET POLICY No pets allowed. If we find a pet on property we will charge $500 fine.
