There is one card for access at the property and there is a fine of $100 dollars if card is not found for check out

***POOL SPA HEATING***

There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum.  We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING***

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. A code will be provided for access  please press “SCHLAGE” before entering the number provided to activate key pad. The guest has access to a few amenities at the Resort. Guests please use the street to park. There is a tenant living in the garage room above the stairs and they use the back garage. The trash cans are shared and they are in the back of the house. 

Important Note: This is a 5 bedroom house- the 5th bedroom is detached from the house on top of the garage. There is a separate code to access the unit. 

** BBQ GRILL***

Small charcoal grill provided free of charge.  If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ( Extra cost)
