***RESORT AMENITIES (subject to changes according to HOA) Guests who wish to use clubhouse amenities will have to register at the club house and pay $45 fee per household. Main Pool 8am -9pm Daily Slide & Lazy River 10:30am – 5:00pm Daily Fitness center / Gym : 5 AM – 10 PM Daily Café 11:30am – 6pm Daily Tennis Court & Kids Playground Dawn – Dusk Daily 



***POOL SPA HEATING - SOUTH WEST FACING POOL There s a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. Please advise host at least 48 hours prior for arrangements. Pool is enclosed.



***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost- Other vacation gear or propane grill needs to be outsourced at your own expense. ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***



***PET POLICY*** Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged



***PARKING*** There is an active towing policy in this community. At no time vehicles can be parked on the grass, blocking homes, or in non-marked areas. Please use driveway or overflow parking spaces.
