**POOL SPA HEATING*** POOL FACING NORTH There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. Please arrange prior arrival for better service. Fully equipped Kitchen Smart Tvs in all rooms



**BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal gril ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you want to use the propane/gas grill it costs $30.



**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2/3 cars and overflow parking down the road about 250 ft distance. **5 cars registered maximum**



**PET POLICY*** Only small pets or under 40 pound dogs allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
