Pool Heat Option

The pool and jacuzzi water can be heated for $40 per day. This must be arranged in advance.

Parking

Guests have plenty of parking options at this property. You may park inside the garage as well as in the driveway, providing a total of four private parking spaces at the home. There is also overflow parking available on the street within walking distance for any additional vehicles.



Resort Amenities

Solterra Resort offers high-end amenities that guests may access by purchasing a resort access card.

The resort charges a $45 fee per house, payable directly at the Solterra Resort clubhouse.

This fee is for access to the resort facilities (pool, lazy river, gym, etc.).

Purchasing the access card is optional and not mandatory.
